Set of digital maps Transnavicom is a united map of Ukraine (in scale 1:100 000), covering all 30K populated localities of the country, including integrated maps of more than 250 settlements (in scale 1:10 000, 1:5 000 and more detailed), with accurate definition of streets and buildings, as also including road classification of more than 400 000 km of roads, united in integrated road network.

Data structure fulfilled in correspondence with international requirements applied to navigational maps.

Maps include comprehensive set of navigational attributes for correct route building along the whole territory of Ukraine: road types and classes, speed regulations, one-way motion, maneuvers restrictions and others.

Data set contains official numbering of Ukrainian roads, official codes of cities and administrative-territorial divisions, post ZIP-codes.

As an option, there is information on public transport in large cities, relief of the whole territory of Ukraine, building heights.

It’s possible to provide data by separate layer groups or as isolated databases.

Main distinctive features of Transnavicom vector maps: 1. Maximum coverage of all roads and streets in settlements of the country. 2. Detailed coverage including private drive ways. 3. Roads dividing into 11 classes according to the importance level: Motorway, International highway, Regional and National highway, Territorial highway etc. 4. Updated information on road junctions (including multilevel junctions with Z-level).      6. The most important roads are digitized according to movement directions (two lines in case of presence of physical divider), shown road junction elements and turn pockets. 7. Possibility to fulfill transportation routing taking into account one/two-way motion and turns restrictions within settlement, including logical and physical dividers. Compatibility of Transnavicom maps with any logistics software. 9. Exception of address doubling during route building (placement of address point just at one side of the road), as also possibility of address searching by house number with letters and subnumbers. 10. Possibility to calculate optimal (by time and distance) route. 11. Database of POI (points of interest) with rubricator, containing information about such infrastructure objects as: fuel stations, hotels, café and restaurants, points of historical interest and many others. 11. Possibility of building color differentiation according to its type (residential house, business center, hotel etc.).

Technical characteristics and coverage description

• Transnavicom maps cover blocks of 30K settlements along the whole territory of Ukraine (which makes 100% territory coverage), including road classification with length of more than 400 000 km. • Transnavicom vector database fulfilled in correspondence with international requirements applied to navigational maps. • Data storage format: ESRI Shape, MapInfo or any other GIS-format according to Client’s needs. • Coordinate system: WGS-84 decimal degrees (lat-long, geographic). • Detailed information on more than 150 types of POI (points of interest) – relevant objects (fuel stations, hotels, restaurants, shops, stadiums, hospitals, banks, state institutions etc.) through the whole territory of Ukraine.
