Software complex “Taxi-Coordinator” is a new generation computer system designed for fast and convenient work of dispatcher taxi service. Complex base is embodied in unique method of transportation task solution and complete automation of working place and thus it allows significant improvement of passenger transportation services.
Basic system features:
Integrated map of any city with every building depiction and its configuration display.
Automatic calculation the shortest car route on the map considering signs and road junctions with further mileage display, transport costs and average route time. Route may be traced between random quantities of points and corrected by the client on the way.
System of accounting of passenger transportation vehicles indicating numberplates, brand, model year, body number, numbers of log and call-sign.
Driver registry system (including driver names, addresses, telephone, cars).
Client registry system incorporates unique access password, full name, address, telephone, category (cash transfers or written orders), money balance, discount %, minimal tariff, total mileage, total amount paid.
Maintaining client black list (system warning appears after entering phone number or full address of black list client).
"Active driver" system displays the list of active drivers.
Reserve copy of database.
System of driver control on the routes. It organizes daily check (call-over) aimed at exposure of careless drivers.
Block of full and brief reports for taxi service direction.
System of time accounting and downtime periods.
Block of adaptation according to customer’s demands, which allows adjusting the program considering the following parameters: basic tariff per km, night tariff, minimal cost of day, night and preliminary order, downtime cost per km, time needed for changing order status (from preliminary into current one), trip time coefficient (minute per kilometer), flexible adjustment of ”Universal” tariff and standard discounts.
Block of sector partition. In this case of passenger transportation given city territory fragmented into sectors, each has its own tariff zone assigned. Thus, program will take into account the rates in the final cost of the passage while tracing the route in sectors with different tariff rate Block incorporates special polygonal editor, enabling editing of location, quantity, tariff cost parameters and time needed for given sector to operate.
Effective information protection. Software complex "Taxi-Coordinator" efficiently protected from illegal access by data encryption system and electronic protection key HASP-4.
"Basic points" system. Dispatcher frequently receives common names of locations (for example “Railway station”, “Central stadium”) instead of destination address. Thus taxi service dispatchers compose the list of such places by themselves with the help of independent program in charge of marking on the map and signing frequently requested destination points.
Automobile routes editor. Software complex "Taxi-Coordinator" is equipped with special editor for adjustment and addition of city automobile through-passages.
Full-blown network performance. All system is based on "Client - Server" technology. It enables much number of dispatchers to work clients with simultaneously. Besides, everyone, who runs program, may observe, accept and process incoming orders simultaneously.
Time of client PCs is synchronized with server time.
All system parameters of software complex (column allocation in reports, table colors, some functional options) are adjusted in accordance with customer’s demands.
